How it works

How does the funded balance work?

You top up any amount between $100 and $10,000. Products are charged to your balance at the retailer's posted price, plus a flat 15% concierge fee per item. Your balance never expires, and the unused portion is fully refundable on request.

Will my charge appear as something I have to explain?

All top-ups appear on your statement as "EROSYN HEALTH." The line item reads "EROSYN Health — Procurement Credit." The descriptor is consistent across every transaction.

Do you stock inventory?

No. We do not warehouse. Every order ships from the manufacturer or an authorized retailer. We coordinate the sourcing, track the shipment, and handle returns — but the inventory and shipping stay with the brand.

Is there a member portal?

Yes. You see your balance, every charge with its retailer cost and concierge fee on its own line, and your active sourcing requests. Membership-portal access is free.

Sourcing and limits

What categories do you source?

Supplements, wearables, nutrition and protein, recovery hardware, diagnostics and bloodwork coordination, sleep, skin and body, travel kits. The full catalogue is on the What we source page.

What won't you source?

Prescription medications, controlled substances, peptides and other unapproved compounds, anything that requires a clinician's order we are not in a position to make. We are a personal procurement service, not a medical provider.

Do you handle returns?

Yes. If something arrives damaged, doesn't fit, or doesn't work for you, we handle the return with the retailer and credit your balance.

What's your cap on orders per month?

Membership includes up to ten product orders per month across all categories. Heavier months are accommodated case-by-case — just ask.

Diagnostics & physician relationship

Do you order my bloodwork?

We coordinate it. We help you pick the panel, place the order with the lab, and make sure the results are routed to whichever physician you already work with. We do not interpret results in a clinical sense — that is your physician's seat.

Do I need a doctor to be a member?

No. But if you have one, we work alongside them. If you don't, we are happy to recommend longevity-aware primary-care options in your area.

Fees, refunds, and the fine print

How is the 15% concierge fee calculated?

On the cost of each item we source for you. If we order a $52 supplement, the fee is $7.80. Both lines show up itemized on your dashboard. There is no separate membership fee, no monthly bill, and no hidden markup.

Do you take affiliate or retailer kickbacks?

No. We do not take affiliate commissions, retailer rebates, or any compensation from the brands we source from. The fee on your dashboard is the only money we receive.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Membership has no contract and no cancellation fee. Your unused balance is refundable in full at any time.

Where are you based?

We are domiciled in Sherman, Texas. We work with members nationwide and source from US-based retailers.
