Privacy Policy

We collect the information a member voluntarily provides — name, email, shipping address, dietary and lifestyle context needed to build a sourcing protocol, and the brand and product preferences that follow from that. Payment information is collected and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use member information to source, ship, and replenish products on the member’s behalf, to operate the member dashboard, to send insights and replenishment notices, and to issue reconciliation statements. We do not sell member data. We do not share it with marketing partners.

We rely on Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (encrypted record storage), and transactional email providers for member communications. Each is bound by its own data-handling agreement with us.

When we order on a member’s behalf, the shipping address, name, and the specific products being ordered are disclosed to the fulfilling retailer or manufacturer. We do not disclose any additional member context to them.

Members may request a copy of their record, request correction, or request deletion of their account at any time by writing to members@erosynhealth.com.

We use functional cookies only — those required for the site to work and for authenticated portal access. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

EROSYN Health is a personal-procurement service. We are not a healthcare provider, do not bill insurance, and are not a HIPAA covered entity. We do not collect protected health information in the HIPAA-defined sense, and we do not interpret diagnostic results.
