Terms of Service

Effective 2026 · EROSYN Health LLC

1. The service

EROSYN Health LLC(“EROSYN Health” or “we”) operates a private personal-procurement concierge. We curate, source, and purchase consumer health products on behalf of members from third-party manufacturers and authorized retailers. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or interpret diagnostic results in a clinical sense.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site or delivered through the service constitutes medical advice. Members are encouraged to maintain a relationship with a licensed primary care physician and to consult that physician before making changes to their supplement, nutrition, or diagnostic routine. Use of the service is not a substitute for medical care.

3. Funded balance

Members fund a balance that is held against the member account and drawn against purchases the service makes on the member’s behalf. Funding amounts are between $100 and $10,000 per transaction. Balances roll forward without expiration.

4. Fees

Each purchase is itemized on the member dashboard with two lines: the retailer’s posted cost, and a flat 15% concierge fee on that cost. The service receives no affiliate commissions, retailer rebates, or other compensation from the brands sourced.

5. Refunds

Unused funded balance is refundable in full to the original payment method on written request to members@erosynhealth.com. Refunds are processed within ten business days. Refunds for delivered products follow the policies of the originating retailer; we facilitate the return on the member’s behalf.

6. What we will not source

We do not source prescription medications, controlled substances, peptides, hormones, or any compound requiring a clinician’s order. Requests for restricted items will be declined.

7. Statement descriptor

Top-ups will appear on member statements as “EROSYN HEALTH.” The line item reads “EROSYN Health — Procurement Credit.”

8. Confidentiality

We maintain member records under reasonable confidentiality practices. We do not sell member data. We do not release records to third parties without written member consent except as required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability arising from membership is limited to the unused portion of the member’s balance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for the performance, formulation, or fitness for purpose of products sourced from third parties. Manufacturer warranties pass through to the member.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is subject to binding arbitration in Grayson County, Texas.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms should be addressed to members@erosynhealth.com.
