How the balance works

Top up
Choose any amount from $100 to $10,000. Most members top up two to four times a year, sized to their monthly burn.

We source
Products are charged to your balance at the retailer's posted price, plus a 15% concierge fee per item. Every charge is itemized in your dashboard.
III
Roll & reconcile
Your balance never expires. Quarterly reconciliation, on request anytime. Refundable in full, no questions.

Refund policy
Your balance is yours.
Unused funded balance is fully refundable on request, in full, with no questions. Email us, and we’ll process the return to your original payment method within five business days.
